Registration is a yearly fee of $35.00 per student and each additional sibling is $15.00.Registration is non-refundable if the child withdraws from class for any reason prior to start date. Dance classes are September through June, with the same monthly fee for each month whether the student is present or absent (even for 4-5 week months and holidays). ALA follows the New Hanover County public school emergency closings and are closed for Thanksgiving, Dec. Holiday, Spring break & Memorial Day. Yearly tuition paid in full receives a 3% discount. Tuition is due by the 1st class of each month and is late after the 1st class of each month. A late fee of $10.00 will be applied to all late tuitions. Students participating in the recital will be charged a $40.00 recital fee in March; additional siblings will be $15.00 each (in lieu of selling tickets) and a $75.00 costume fee due in October. The costume payment may be split into two payments to be paid in October and November, if needed. All accounts must be paid in full to participate in the year end recital. A $35.00 service charge will be assessed for a returned check. I hereby give permission for images of my child, captured during class via video or digital camera, to be used solely for the promotional material, newsletters, websites and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. A 30 day written notice must be given before your child withdrawals from class. You are still responsible for tuition up thru the 30-day notice.
